I just want to start today with a genuine, deep thank you. This past month has been one of the biggest months my little shop has ever had, and I don’t have the words for how much it means for my family. We really needed this support this year, and I’ve cried happy tears more than once over your messages, orders, and kindness. What started as a simple idea for a Christmas gift for my own parents, has turned into a bestselling new concept: The Handprint Calendar! Thank you for showing up for the things I make. Thank you for trusting me with your classroom gifts and family keepsakes. I don’t take it lightly. And now… here’s a little holiday gift from me to you. Today’s free printable is a brand new version of my all-time most popular craft: "Mistletoes" A few years back, I created a minimal version of this print because that's the clean, non-chaotic style I was going for in our home. But after the year we've had in 2025, I've gone ALL in with the cozy, 90s Christmas vibes. Think warm lights, nostalgic greens and reds, velvets, plaid, and that comforting holiday feeling we grew up with. (We've already had a few hot cocoa nights with a 90s Christmas movie too!) You can download this FREE footprint craft and use it in your daycare or classroom year after year. Download The December Freebie Here.pdf Thank you for caring for our next generation with so much heart. And if you’ve been struggling this year, please know you are not alone. There are good things coming your way. I sold exactly ZERO of these calendars the first year I put them in my shop. But, my mom loved hers so much, she encouraged me to try again. In 2024, they started selling and this year, they're an Etsy Bestseller! Stay the path. I hope today brings a little peace and a reminder that you matter so much. Happy Holidays from my family to yours! PS- Friendly Reminder: The kids in our lives need us to show up for them MUCH more than they need gifts under the tree. Thinking back to childhood, my favorite holiday memories are playing with my neighbors in the snow, warming up with hot chocolate, and simple family traditions. I can barely remember one thing I unwrapped as a kid, but I remember VIVIDLY how my parents popped in a Christmas CD and let us decorate the tree with them and how my grandma stayed up late to prep her famous cinnamon rolls for a special Christmas morning breakfast. If you're on a tight budget this year like me, let's use this as our opportunity to double down on those family traditions and quality time while the kids are still little. :) |
I send out FREE printable crafts on the 1st of every month! Print them out to make with your kids or Pre-K class. (I take requests too, so let me know what you need!)
Good morning! I'm sitting here with a cup of coffee, waiting for my 3-year-old to wake up, and excited to deliver your June freebie. :) I had so much fun designing this one yesterday. Lately, my boys have been completely obsessed with soccer. They've been collecting player stamps in their FIFA books and learning about all the different teams that will be coming to Mexico in the next few weeks to play. (My husband teaches them while I listen.) So when I sat down to create a Father's Day craft...
Thank you to everyone who replied to my Mother’s Day email this morning! Reading through your messages made my day. A few replies made me laugh, a lot of them made me tear up, and all of them reminded me how lucky I am to have such kind people in this little community. I hope you feel comfortable enough to hit reply to any of my emails and let me know how you're doing. I really love being able to connect with other moms from "home" while living abroad. :) Congratulations to Ruthanne, who was...
Before the day gets away from me, I just wanted to send a quick Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms in my little corner of the internet… and also to the daycare providers, preschool teachers, and caregivers who spend their days loving on little ones and supporting families. :) I know Mother’s Day can look really different from person to person. Some of you are in the thick of raising tiny humans. Some of you spent the week helping a classroom full of kids create special gifts for their...
